Founded in 1947 by Josep Casanovas and Maria Teresa Isern, it has always been a benchmark in La Cerdanya. The basis of the gastronomy is Catalan cuisine with a Pyrenean accent. Our commitment to local farmers and producers and to the territory means that 70% of our products are local and 70% are organically produced. To a large extent, the vegetables come from our Verger Cerdà orchard, with an organic garden and apple trees based on permaculture.
