Poultry is the term that in livestock designates all the blasting kept in a corral, such as chickens, quails, geese, ducks or ostriches. In Catalonia there is an autochthonous breed that has become an exquisite delicacy: the chicken or bonnet from El Prat. Vilafranca del Penedès is also the capital of poultry with pedigree, broosters and mute ducks.
