Before coming to Chicago, chef López Amat had worked at ElBulli, Gaig and Jean-Luc Figueres, among other flagship restaurants; and was responsible for what is considered the first gastrobar in Barcelona, La Estrella de Plata. Currently, the Barcelona chef has the respect of the culinary and media community of the City of the Winds. Grilled Market is a restaurant that is always alive, packed to the brim, with private rooms, event grill and wine tastings. They prepare rice to take away.
