Holy Thursday Omelette

Suitable for celiacs , Meats Eggs

    • 8 eggs
    • 250 g of bacon viada
    • 250 g of white sausage
    • 250 g of black sausage
    • 8 tender garlic cut into slices
    • Parsley
    • Oil
    • Salt

    • Preparation

      Fry the bacon little by little, add the sliced sausages, garlic and parsley.
      Stir a few times.
      Add the beaten eggs with a little salt and make the omelette round.

      Variations:
      It is also made with egg sausage.
      The Easter omelette is the same, but made with 12 eggs.
