    • 5 eggs
    • 300 g sugar
    • Grated lemon peel
    • 200 g flour
    • Butter

    • Preparation

      Beat eggs with sugar until they are whitish in color.
      Add the lemon zest and flour, and mix with a spatula.
      Put the dough in a hose with a small, smooth spout and make bollards on a baking sheet greased with butter or covered with stress foil.
      Place in the oven at 180ºC until the pastries dry and brown a little.
