Suitable for celiacs , Halal Vegetables and other vegetables
Boil the potatoes and make a puree from it.
When it is cold, spread the puree on a vegetable paper and flatten it until it is a finger thick.
Put the tuna on top of it, drained and mixed with a little mayonnaise.
Roll it up, helping with the paper, to form an arm.
Cover it with mayonnaise and garnish with the hard-boiled egg cut into rolls, the pepper cut into strips and the olives.
Variations:
Cooked peas, roasted red pepper and hard-boiled egg can also be placed in the filling. The filling can be beef or roast pork.
