Rice with cod

Suitable for coeliacs, Halal, Pasta, rice and other cereals

Ingredients

  • 400 g of desalinated cod
  • 400 g of rice
  • 100 g peas
  • 1 onion
  • 2 green peppers
  • 3 ripe tomatoes
  • Oil
  • 1 l of water
  • To make the Catalan mince
  • 1 garlic
  • Parsley

Preparation

Make a sofrito with the olive oil, onion, green pepper and tomato.
Add the rice and mix it for a couple of minutes.
Add the boiling water and, after a moment, peas and cod.
Bring to a boil for approximately 18 minutes.
With 5 minutes to finish cooking, add the left mince with a little juice from cooking.

Variations:
Cod can be added to the stir-fry, before putting the water in it.
Cut artichokes can be added to the stir-fry.
A strand of saffron can be put on the bite.
