'The Bones', where does this name come from? Everyone often wonders, an enigmatic and curious name, of very distant origin, located in the rough volcanic soil of La Garrotxa, it is the place where the ingenuity and eagerness of three generations have maintained and faithfully maintain, the essentially traditional, homemade and volcanic cuisine.
