Miracle cheese factory
It all started in 2002, when together with a group of friends we decided to come and live in the farmhouse and rented a large farmhouse. Over time we went from the farmhouse to a neighborhood where we could start our own family; Everyone at home but always close to others, maintaining the idea of community. The miracle is this, life in the countryside, a new profession that allows us to live and work as we like, close to home, in a wonderful environment, and feeling that what we do is a contribution that goes beyond the product itself. The Miracle Cheese Factory is an ecosystem that invites you all to be part of it. It's a small world, which can be made as big as we want, handing out bits of history and nature in every cheese! A slow healing project, at a natural pace, without haste or pressure. In cheeses that are as special and full of contrasts as Solsonès, the region of a thousand farmhouses.
