This product is made with selected lean pork meats, salt and black pepper, in companies located in the municipalities that make up the Plana de Vic and that are registered in the registers of the Regulatory Council of the PGI llonganissa (sausage) of Vic. Currently, six companies form part of it: Casa Riera Ordeix, Embotits Salgot, Sucesores de J. Pont, Splendid Foods (Can Duran brand), Embotits Casolans Ca La Glòria (Casa Oms brand) and Embutidos Solá.
