Livestock farm located in Vall d'en Bas, Garrotxa, with extensive breeding herd, grazing in the landscapes and forests of the farm with the aim of producing quality meat and controlling the biomass of the forest understory. Its reproduction is natural and is linked to the seasonality of the species. The diet is based on breast milk and fresh grass until the day of slaughter, which allows to obtain a high quality product, with a very tender and gustatory meat. Since 2014 the CCPAE has certified us as organic producers, both in terms of the livestock and the set of lands that constitute the farm, in order to be able to offer our meat with the seal of organic as a guarantee of quality.
