Bouquet d'Hort is an agroecological project for the production of canned vegetables from organic farming. It was born in 2015 with the desire to recover the flavor and value of the preserves of yesteryear, made with the surplus of orchards and fields, and made with the care and know-how of the ancestors. We have our own workshop where we make our range of vegetable creams, canned tomato and jams with seasonal and organic fruits and vegetables. We collaborate with local producers who advise us on the best varieties and the most deeply rooted in our land. We want to live up to the raw material, and that is why our production process is completely handmade: cleaning, cutting and cooking that we do over a flame fire. Since the beginning of 2022, Bouquet d'Hort has been part of GRUPDEM, a non-profit cooperative, with more than fifty years of experience in the sector of people with disabilities and with the aim of improving their quality of life.
