Breaded broccoli

Halal Vegetarian Vegetables and other vegetables

    • 1/2 broccoli
    • 2 eggs
    • Flour
    • Salt
    • Extra virgin olive oil
    • Water

    • Preparation

      Wash the broccoli, chop it into bunches and bring it to a boil with water and salt.
      Drain it, dry, pass the bunches through flour and beaten egg, and fry in hot extra virgin olive oil.

      Variations:
      This system can be used with other vegetables: zucchini, calçots, eggplant, cauliflower, onion, artichokes...
      They can also be breadcrumbed with breadcrumbs.
      Another option is to flour them, wet them with cold water and then fry them in very hot extra virgin olive oil. Once the bouquets of broccoli have been wiped, pass them through flour, dip each cut in cold water and transfer directly to the hot extra virgin olive oil.
