The Barrack

It has its origin in the beach bar Las Arenas, which Marisa Bordera's grandparents ran on the Arenal beach. He points out: "We are driven by the passion to feed our diners and beautiful things, but also by the desire to partner with producers with an ecological approach, respectful of human beings and the planet. We are proud of the commitment of our producers and that is why we want to show their work. We understand gastronomy as a transformative tool".
