The owner and chef of El Llagut, Ramon Martí, likes to define it as "a small seafood tavern with the heart of a great restaurant" that prepares "cuisine committed to the territory and its people". In a small place located in the center of the so-called Part Alta of Tarragona, he has been practicing a gastronomic proposal "respectful, honest, quality and close" for two decades. It highlights its rice dishes and the diversity of dishes, and promises "a unique gastronomic experience".
