The Boat

The owner and chef of El Llagut, Ramon Martí, likes to define it as "a small seafood tavern with the heart of a great restaurant" that prepares "cuisine committed to the territory and its people". In a small place located in the center of the so-called Part Alta of Tarragona, he has been practicing a gastronomic proposal "respectful, honest, quality and close" for two decades. It highlights its rice dishes and the diversity of dishes, and promises "a unique gastronomic experience".

      • Ramon Martí explains: «All the fish we handle comes every day from nearby markets. From Tarragona to Sant Carles de La Ràpita. We only work with organic or sustainable products that respect the environment around us. We only work with seasonal products. We buy directly from the producer defending its fair price. We don't work fish from farmed fish or semi-captivity." We do not work on endangered species.
