Cuina Km0 - Slow Food
The Km 0 kitchen is a certificate held by those restaurants that buy food directly from farmers within a radius of less than 100 km. Most of the products are organic certified. Restaurants that have this category must have a menu of at least five dishes with ingredients that meet the requirements mentioned, but, in addition, ingredients that exceed this distance must be obtained sustainably.
