The brothers Javier and Sergio Torres have turned this space into "a great kitchen". Of the 800 m they have, 70% is occupied by the kitchens and 30% is dedicated to customers. The menu is constantly evolving depending on the seasonality of the product. It has 2 Michelin stars.
