Can Xel
The origins of Restaurant Can Xel date back to 1931 when it began as a small village hostel. Over the years it has evolved into a large complex that has a restaurant, accommodation and swimming pool. Currently the fourth generation of the family, renews its gastronomic proposal with modern touches, without losing the traditional Catalan cuisine and maintaining its essence with good product and good preparation. Can Xel is located in the municipality of Santa Pau, within the Natural Park of the Volcanic Zone of La Garrotxa, surrounded by the volcanoes Croscat and Santa Margarida and a few minutes from the Fageda d'en Jordà beech forest and the town of Santa Pau
