Xerigots is a cheese refining center based in Vilafranca del Penedès. They select artisan cheeses and fine-tune them in our facilities to supply cheese to more than 400 restaurants, shops and other establishments in Catalonia and Spain. Also, through the online store (https://botiga.xerigots.cat/) we propose selections of cheese that we serve at home to the end customer and organize activities to spread the culture of cheese.
