The little soul

LA PETITA ÀNIMA is a cheese factory that was born at the end of 2022 thanks to the use of the shared facilities of El Quall, the collective cheese factory and community workshop of Lluçanès, located in the municipality of Alpens. It is the culmination of Anna and Mateu's personal concerns and a change of professional direction. We make cheeses and yogurts made with cow's milk that we buy from a small family farm located in Lluçanès. We bet on the land, the territory and handmade products.
