El Xaloquell is a family restaurant, with a young team and close treatment, always ready to advise and make good recommendations to the client. Since 2002 Montserrat Salvó Domigo and Josepa Domingo have been at the helm of the restaurant, and helped at all times by a great team of professionals, without whom this beautiful project would not be possible.
