Third project of a historical brand in Cambrils and, also, in Tarragona. "We work and act faithful to our philosophy of a sustainable company", says Ángel Pérez, second generation, adding: "We are passionate about simple things done with the utmost affection". He works —he points out— "local and elaborated product, everything, for us". They call it "real food" and it also includes pastry. "We are honest with the product and select the best possible, seasonal ingredients."
