RibagorSanes are the apple and pear trees that in 2009 were planted as an Observatory of Varieties in Llesp: a collection of commercial apples of more than 40 varieties and a collection - conservatory of traditional varieties of Ribagorça with more than eighty varieties between apples and pears. Organic since 2014. We harvest at full maturation and keep with natural cold.
