We sell meat from organic cattle and sheep farmers, as well as high mountain foal meat. It is high quality meat, since the animals graze in the mountains and are with their mothers until almost 7 months of life. In the last phase, they fatten with organic feed and fodder on the farms or at the Cassovall Farm, located in the municipality of Sort. The result is a slightly darker flesh than usual, due to the oxygenation of the muscle, but with a characteristic taste and tenderness. Lamb also tastes very good, due to its organic fattening, and foal, rich in iron and very good for children and women, also comes from animals that graze in the mountains and eat natural feed.
