Cadí is a centenary cooperative located in La Seu d'Urgell, in the heart of the Pyrenees. Since 1915, from the fresh milk of our partners-farmers in Alt Urgell and Cerdanya, we have made cheeses and butter of the highest quality. This fact, together with respect for the traditional process and the guarantee of origin, have made it possible for two of our products, Cadí butter and Urgèlia cheese, to be recognized with the Protected Designation of Origin. Our commitment to offer consumers products of the highest quality and tradition, loyalty to our origins and the desire for innovation, have allowed us to consolidate the Cadí brand as a benchmark in the cheese sector and fully assume the challenge posed by globalization.
