We recover and cultivate century-old olive trees of the Argudell variety, native to Alt Empordà, on farms located at the foot of the Albera. We practice organic and regenerative agriculture to improve the soils and biodiversity of the environment, contributing to the fight against climate change. 3VESSANES is pure, exquisite olive juice full of nutrients. Green fruity, balanced, voluptuous and with lots of umami that enhances the flavor of food. Good raw and for cooking, it is spectacular in pastries.
