Ingredients

  • 3 spine bones
  • 200 g bacon
  • 20 g of sage
  • 100 g of hazelnut-free beans
  • 100 g of small cut green beans
  • 50 g peas
  • 50 g of potatoes cut into small cubes
  • 20 g thick noodles
  • 25 g rice
  • Cut lettuce leaves
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Water

Preparation

Bring to a boil for about 1 hour, the bones of the spine, the sage worked with flour and the bacon.
Remove the bones, add vegetables, potatoes and lettuce.
Let the boil start and add the rice and noodles.

Variations:
A piece of cod can be added to it.
