This restaurant is the gastronomic project of chef Jordi Cruz at the Hotel Sants Metges in the historic Fortress of Sant Julià de Ramis. With three Michelin stars at the ABaC in Barcelona, Cruz has designed an avant-garde and contemporary menu that his team, led by Iñaki Adrey, executes on a day-to-day basis.
