Ingredients:
  • 1 kg - Mixed mushrooms
  • 1 - Sliced ​​duck
  • 4 - Carrots
  • 2 - Onions
  • 2 - Tomatoes
  • 2 cloves - Garlic
  • 1 cup - Brandy
  • Bunch of herbs (bay leaves, thyme and savory)
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Water
  • un grapat - Almonds
Preparation:

Spice up the duck and to gild in a pan with butter.
Drain excess fat and add  the carrots, onion and, later, tomatoes and bunch of herbs to the pan.
When the sauce is browned add brandy reduction and cover with water.
When the duck is tender add the mushrooms cooked with minced garlic, and leave it 10 minutes.
