Ingredients:
  • 350 g - Flour
  • 100 g - Sugar
  • 100 g - Butter
  • 2 - Eggs
  • 20 g - Baking powder
  • ½ cup - Milk
  • 1 stick - Cinnamon
  • 1/2 - Grated lemon rind
  • Pine nuts
Preparation:

Heat the milk with the cinnamon stick to flavor it.

Mix the flour with the baking powder, sugar, eggs, butter, lemon and milk.

Knead until you have a homogeneous dough.

Stretch the dough into an oval shape, brush with beaten egg and decorate with the pine nuts and sugar.

Let rest for 15 minutes at room temperature and bake in the oven until it is golden.
