  • 4 - Trout
  • 4 slices - Cured ham
  • 1/2 kg - Potatoes
  • 2 - Onions
  • 1 cup - White wine
  • Bay leaf
  • Rosemary
  • Lemon juice
  • Oil
  • Salt

Clean and salt the trout.

Fill with a slice of cured ham and close with a tooth pick.

Bake the onion and potatoes in the oven.

Top the trout with the bay leaf, rosemary, lemon juice and white wine.

Bake at a good temperature until done.


Remove the bones from the trout.

Top the fish with chopped almonds.

Top with white sauce and place under the grill. The white sauce can be made with almond flour.
