  • 400 g - Coarse vermicelli
  • 200 g - Pork sausage
  • 200 g - Pork rib
  • 200 g - Rabbit, in pieces
  • 100 g - Green peas
  • 1 - Onion, chopped
  • 3 - Tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cloves - Garlic, chopped
  • Bay
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • 1 liter - Water
  • Saffron threads
  • 2 cloves - Garlic
  • 1 handful - Almonds
  • Parsley

Cut into pieces the pork rib, sausage and rabbit, brown them together in a saucepan with a little oil.

In the same saucepan, thoroughly stir fry the onion, tomato and garlic.

When well-cooked, add the water, green peas and bay leaf.

When it comes to a boil, add the noodles and boil gently.

Half way through cooking, add the majada, dissolved in a bit of the cooking liquid.

Green or red pepper may be added to the stir fry.
Use candied pork rib.
Add chicken giblets.
Prepare the noodles with meat or fish.

Use broth instead of water.

Add a hard-boiled egg yolk to the majada.
