  • 600 g - Tender fava beans
  • Some sprigs - Mint
  • Some slices - Cured jam
  • Lettuce
  • Vinaigrette
  • Salt

Boil the fava beans with the mint, drain and cool them in a bowl of cold water.

Cut the lettuce leaves and the ham in julienne.

Prepare the vinaigrette in a mortar, incorporating some mashed mint leaves. Combine everything and dress with the vinaigrette.

Add spring onion.
Add diced tomatoes.
