  • 1 - Sliced ​​duck
  • 3/4 kg - Black turnips
  • 1 - Onion
  • 3 - Tomatoes
  • Bunch of herbs (cinnamon, bay leaf, thyme)
  • Wheat flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Water
  • 1 handful - Toasted almonds
  • 2 cloves - Garlic
  • 1 - Carquinyoli
  • one gush - Old wine

Add salt and pepper and fry the duck in a pan and reserve.
Cook the onion and tomato sauce with the same oil
Cover with water and cook slowly.
Peel, boil, coat with flour and fry the turnips.
Add it to saucepan half an hour before the end of cooking, along with chopped almonds diluted with stale wine.

It can be done with salsify instead of turnips. We'll put them peeled, sliced ​​and scalded.
It can be done with potatoes and fried artichokes instead of turnips, which have to be added twenty minutes before end of cooking.
