Ingredients:
  • 1 - Chicken
  • 1/2 kg - Milk caps
  • 2 - Onions
  • Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup - Red wine
  • Garlic
  • Parsley and pepper
  • Olive oil and butter
  • Salt
  • Water
  • For the meatballs: - 250 g minced pork meat
  • 250 g - Minced veal meat
  • una mica - Crumb of bread from the previous day
  • 1 - Egg
  • 1 - Onion cut fine
  • Chopped garlic
  • Crushed parsley
  • Pepper
Preparation:

Make meatballs by mixing all the ingredients, flour and fry them.
Season the chicken pieces and fry in oil and butter.
Add the onion and when soft, add a little flour and stir.
Make red wine reduction and add some? Water.
Besides, sauté the milk caps with garlic and parsley.
10 minutes before to finish cooking the chicken, add the meatballs and the milk caps and cook everything together.
