Ingredients:
  • 250 g - Buckwheat
  • 1 l - Water
  • Olive oil
  • Sugar or honey
Preparation:

Put a bowl in fire with water and go slowly adding buckwheat flour, stirring constantly until a thick paste.
Put in molds and let cool.
Cut into slices and fry in hot olive oil until browned on all sides.
Put sugar or honey on top.

Variations:
You can mix buckwheat flour and wheat flour.
You can fry the flour before adding water.
