  • 1 kg i ½ - Potatoes
  • 1 can - Tuna in oil
  • 2 - Hard boiled eggs
  • 1 cup - Mayonnaise
  • 2 - Canned pimientos
  • 100 g - Black olives
  • Salt
  • Water

Boil and then mash the potatoes.
When cool, spread the mashed potatoes on parchment paper and press down to the thickness of one finger.

Roll up, using the paper to help you.

Cover with the mayonnaise, decorate with slices of hard boiled egg, strips of pimiento and the olives.

Add green peas, pimientos and/or hard boiled egg to the filling.

Use a filling of either roast beef or roast pork.
