Ingredients:
  • 4 - Botifarres de perol (type of Catalan sausage
  • 4 thik slices - Two-colored pork belly, cut into strips
  • 600 g - White beans, cooked
  • Oil
  • Salt
Preparation:

Fry the pork belly in hot oil.

When golden-colored, add the butifarra de perol, split lengthwise, so that it spills out (esparracada).
Add the (well-drained) beans, and saute on high heat, stirring constantly, until lightly colored.


Variations:
Accompany with boiled potatoes.
