A type of bread traditional to the Ebre used for daily consumption.

It is made with the same ingredients as normal bread but has tiny incisions running along the upper crust, hence its name ('cut'), and is long, whitish, very thin and crusty. Its taste and fragrance are also stronger than common bread.
