Also known as coca de fetge and formatge de fetge, pork liver pâté is a modified version of a French country pâté found in the Cerdanya.

It is made with pork liver and streaky bacon, as well as rind, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic, parsley and, in some cases, milk. This is minced and mixed together before being stuffed into a pig intestine and cooked in the oven.
