Organic goat's milk

Although most organic goat's milk is used for making cheese, increasing number of consumers are choosing goat's milk as an alternative to the more common cow's milk.

Goat's milk is rich in calcium, iron, phosphorus and magnesium. It is very easy to digest and has the same amount of proteins as cow's milk, a higher vitamin A and D count and less lactose. It is a very white milk.

Sold pasteurised (no boiling necessary) in bottles. The shelf life is 7 days providing that it is kept in a refrigerator between 4 and 5ºC.
