A sweet speciality made from the must that is typical of the Pyrenees regions and which was produced to use up the leftovers from the honeycombs after honey had been made.

Firstly, must and honey are mixed in an earthenware dish and brought to the boil. Walnuts and a little flour are then added. Next, water is added until the mixture thickens and it is left to cool. It is eaten cut into slices.
