The Montserrat tomato is a delicate crop with a low yield, very large, fairly hollow, with pink skin and shaped like a pumpkin, with gentle round undulations. It is slightly sweet, refreshing and has little pulp. This tomato is best eaten from April to October, when it is harvested.
