Pâté is a cooked paste made with the poultry or pork liver, and seasoned with various ingredients produced by the slaughter such as lard, meat, and also others like eggs, spices and aromatic herbs. In the case of la Llacuna, it is a pork liver pâté to which no artificial additives are added. Its flavour is balanced and velvety and the texture moist and thick.
