La Fageda Cooperative yogurt

The La Fageda Cooperative has been producing one of the most important yogurts on the Catalan dairy produce market for more than 25 years.

It is an acid tasting, creamy yogurt that is made by fermenting milk. The fermentation process alters its organoleptic properties and increases its shelf life. La Fageda uses only the best quality raw materials (some of which have received awards and special mentions): milk from cows fed on natural fodder. In addition to natural yogurt, La Fageda makes other specialities: sweetened yogurt, low fat yogurt, bifidus yogurt, yogurt drinks and flavoured yogurt. They also make other desserts such as caramel custard.
