Coquetes de sagí (suet cakes), coquetes ensaginades, ensaginades, corassons, cóc de sagí

‘Coquetes de sagí' are traditional ‘coques' that were once only eaten during town festivals. The shape and ingredients vary slightly from town to town but all contain animal fat. They are also known as ‘esaignades', ‘sagubades' and ‘corassons'.
