Also known as ‘coca de greixons', this was traditionally eaten on Lard Thursday and at summer festivals on the eve of a saint's day (‘revetlless'), although it can now be found all year round.

It is a sweet pastry whose main ingredients are lardons and pine nuts. The dough is made with egg, egg yolk, oil, sugar, yeast and flour. To this mixture lardons and a liqueur such as anise are added. It is then left to ferment and brushed with egg. Finally, pine nuts and sugar are sprinkled on top and it is baked in the oven.
