A sweet food made with egg and almond, traditionally made for the town festival in various locations around the Terres de l'Ebre. They are also known as ‘ametllats', ‘cóc d'ametlles' and ‘paneretes'.

Capsetes are a dry, brittle, sweet biscuit with a fine texture. They are made with egg whites whipped to stiff peaks and ground almonds. The mixture is cooked and they are sold in paper bun cases.
