+Lupulus ale

+Lupulus (Íber Ale) is a blonde, top-fermented ale made by the Companyia Cervesera del Montseny using the traditional fermentation methods of the Iberians. The recipe includes the kind of malt and hops that are used in making today's popular national beers in the style of Pilsners (bottom-fermented) and lagers.

The ingredients are malt (pilsner, wheat and caramalt), hops (Cascade, Fuggles, Nugget, Target and Styrian Golding) and yeast. It is a fresh, delicate ale combining the intensity of the hop with the Pilsner malt. It is good for quenching thirst and ideal as an aperitif. The optimum serving temperature is 8 to 12ºC and its alcohol content is 5.4%.
